Power Brushing: With your system under suction our technician will brush the inside walls, tops & bottoms of your ducts removing the caked on dirt and dust. Forward Skipper: After your ducts have been brushed, our technician uses a forward skipper which snakes its way from your register to the main line discharging compressed air in a 360° pattern. This ensures that the smallest dust particles are removed from the duct. This is also the only device that will clean the damper and duct transition deep inside the duct system. Other companies ignore these finer details. The main lines of the system are cleaned with the reverse skipper discharging high pressure air in a 360° pattern. This will loosen the dirt and debris, in the main lines which will be removed by the vacuum. The furnace and all combustion components are cleaned. The heat exchanger is inspected for stress cracks and carbon monoxide leaks. The fan and motor are cleaned and lubricated, the humidifier is inspected and a multipoint system check is preformed. If the system has air conditioning
both sides of the coil are cleaned carefully by our own Trained technicians with
high pressure air and,if required, a hot water
wash and chemical bath is performed. Other
companies simply bypass the coil without cleaning it. A build up
of 1/16th of an inch of dirt on a coil can reduce efficiency by up to 21%. WHY AIR BRUSH
